    i was considering putting almost all of my remaining money on a single roulette red or black bet. A win would make me even in my lifetime of gambling. A loss would kill me – suicide.     I made it till the end of the day yesterday then I gambled $60, now im not obsessing about gambling it feels a little better, I subscribed 1 month to gamban

    • I haven’t thought of going back online eventhough gambling is always on my mind I think about not gambling and gambling but I don’t have the urge to gamble. Eventhough I hover over my phone as habit I don’t feel the need to gamble, I think it’s getting better on and off

      I’m not allowed to use the internet during work but on my break I can, so for 30 minutes I can. So that’s not as bad as daily and hours

      • Try removing yourself from your work environment if the computer makes it possible to gamble. Join co-workers for a work meal, pick a restaurant that is further from your workplace, etc. The idea is to make it harder for you to access anything that enables you to gamble.
