    How can we remind ourselves to review quitting notes and prayers. #1 put a piece of tape or string around your finger. #2 Set an alarm on your phone. #3 Notes. #4 Put it on your (Google) calendar. #5 Have a magnet on your fridge. Put fresh notes up under the magnet weekly (Use a code if needed). In your bedroom write your goal – “Run from triggers.” On your fridge write RFT. #6 Have a quitting notebook that you use often. #7 Have notes/ in your phone. #8 Use a daily planner to remind yourself of all the changes you want to make. #8 Put a rubber band on your wrist to remind you to pray a quitting prayer or to quote a Bible verse every half hour of the day.
    Second, consider praying:
    “Father, help me to put bad habits to death, and fill me with Your Spirit.”
