How do you gamble is it online ? If so Bet blocker is a great (free) app to help you block it. I highly recommend it we cant be trusted to do it on our own at the beginning.

My issue used to but slots at casino but last few years became sports betting, it was how i spent my nights watching. So I had to find a way to fill the nights up since i ruined watching sports now for myself as having nothing on the game has made me lose all interest in it.
