That’s wonderful readytoquit. I’m routing for you. One day at a time. I stayed really busy today after my work I baked a desert I haven’t made before. It’s helps for me too try some new things. I bake actually pretty awesome food. I just want too add too what I already know.
One day we can look back and know the gambling was just a bad faze in our lives. What I will say and won’t regret is meeting some very nice people on this site ❤️ It truly warms my heart. And sharing
in our journey too recovery really helps me get through another day..

I had an urge this evening as well but no scratches. I did the same thing out for coffee and donut.

Im on day 20 today so im still int he same boat, coming here was the step in the right direction but will power goes along way. We dug a whole we have to dig out of it. It helps when you find others trying to climb out All the best
