Community 4 months, 1 weeks agoOne year and 5 days ago I came here for the first time and lasted a little over 3 months I believe i then went on to add to a gigantic figure for lifetime loses….here I am to try again, its so discouraging when i think of all the time and money wasted. Day 1 tomorrow

I know Day 1 sucks and the first few months are hell but it is so worth it. Try not to beat yourself up too much. It’s a tough addiction but you can do this. Much love and light to you.

So I sit here on Friday lost/bored out of my mind cause all I want to do is gamble. Ive lost a fortune…i was doing good at 120 days this year but since April have lost another 70k bringing the tally to even higher millions. @serenity unfortunately it is new in Canada that it is legal so since the government has put its hands in it they support these adds because it makes them money. I am in another industry that they say they want to protect the children so put heavy sanctions yet are hypocritical about this. It is truly impossible to watch sports on cable…[Read more]

Woke up this morning with downtime after being overloaded with work last 2 months. These are the hard days where i associate downtime with fun (which = getting high). You want to succeed stay busy ! Arghhh lol

I just wanted to post for new members and old ones a like that you bet online get a bet blocker site. There are free ones that work well on PC but in my experience I would look at Gamban. A month in a half in and it does get easier, the biggest thing it gets better. One thing to think about is the quality of life, I think that is what we need to remember, that with our financial situations getting better we will be able to find joy somewhere else and then give up some of that sorrow that comes with losing.

Awesome, I understand that if always been very good at what I do as an entrepreneur but this last month and a half ive been much more focused. As gamblers this is all we think about and at the core nothing else matters but the next fix. Keep it up !!

It is def a trigger. As gamblers we need to learn how to spend money again because most if not all paid the bare necessities then the rest went to that.
