      We are all here trying too figure out what you have just asked. I’m happy you are joining in our quest.
      One thing I have learned is one day at a time sometimes for me one hour at a time is extremely important. All a person can do it try. Day 19 for me. ❤️

      We are all in the same boat

      How do you gamble is it online ? If so Bet blocker is a great (free) app to help you block it. I highly recommend it we cant be trusted to do it on our own at the beginning.
