Hi all well I found a new something too do instead of gambling. Painting something I’ve always wanted too do. Over the course of my life time I’ve done the odd sketch and a couple of painting. So I joined AU Acrylic University I bought a life time membership. Gambling is extremely tough too beat so I need too fill my time with productive and innovative things too do. I’m going to try and share a picture of my very first land scape picture. So much more too come. I’ve been thinking about everyone here that share the same struggles as myself. Nice !!! Super important to do
Thank you FlavourMan. Yes it takes a lot of concentration. I totally don’t think about anything else when I’m painting. What surprises me is that I also play a word game online word blitz and since I’ve started painting my score average has increased for the better by at least 15% which yesterday I was scoring in the top ten % of the game. Which is either because painting relaxes me or possibly it’s making me use a broader part of my brain which is flowing over into my word game. It’s happened consistently with my painting. That’s a bit of self discovery 🙂I’m glad things went well for you at your meeting the other day! ❤️
Awesome, I understand that if always been very good at what I do as an entrepreneur but this last month and a half ive been much more focused. As gamblers this is all we think about and at the core nothing else matters but the next fix. Keep it up !!

Thank you Diamond it feels really good too be painting. A healthy choice for me. I’m really curoabout how quickly and how much I will progress. After a month on painting in my spare time I’ll have a better idea.in the past I have had dreams of paintings really creative and interesting but too date not enough skill too put my dream visions on to canvas. This is a really exciting turn for me. Among some of the chaos I have created for my self. Some factors I was in control of some not long story. Hugs my friend I hope you have an amazing day!

Awe thank you Steve it is the course will motivate and push me too keep at it. To date I’ve had nothing pushing me and I’ve always let other things in life over rude my desire too do art work. The tide has turned 🙂
I paint also Serenity.. started in about 2014 and just watched videos of ‘how to’ I really enjoy it also and you’re right it does occupy your mind…. Your painting is lovely …. Lindy

Good for you taking the time too learn too paint. Do you have a specific preference as to what too paint. I would like to learn landscapes , animals , people and throw it all together in one knock out painting one day. I have some work ahead of me. I am using Arcylics at the moment. What do you like too paint with?
I paint also with acrylics. I tried water colour and oil but I found acrylic the best for me. I love to paint animals, landscapes, and floral arrangements and a few other things if I’m motivated … Have fun learning You’ll do great !

Sounds interesting what you are painting when you go too make a comment there’s three icons you can hit on too post a pic I think it was the one on the left I tried all three one worked 🙂
