Today I have the urge to gamble my last $20 but I have gamban on so I can’t, I also self excluded my self at the websites I frequent so I have no access at work, my brain is looking for stimulation from betting I don’t know if this feeling will ever go away.

Thanks Jenny still going strong for the first time in ages I have money in my account by the second of the month. Feels great to not be stressing how I will survive for the month. My unhealthy relationship with money needs to be sorted but feeling better .

i was considering putting almost all of my remaining money on a single roulette red or black bet. A win would make me even in my lifetime of gambling. A loss would kill me – suicide. I decided to heal my gambling addiction instead. i feel better. Thanks for listening/reading. I felt a desire to share my thoughts.

Day 1. I’m having a hard time quitting gambling, I look for any excuse to check my phone and the websites for gambling sites but I installed gamban so I can’t. Yesterday I realized we have a computer at the community break room at work and since noone uses it I end up going in and checking the websites. I signed up for overtime hours at work but that only happens when we’re short staffed and right now we are overstaffed but we’ll see

I’m not allowed to use the internet during work but on my break I can, so for 30 minutes I can. So that’s not as bad as daily and hours

Try removing yourself from your work environment if the computer makes it possible to gamble. Join co-workers for a work meal, pick a restaurant that is further from your workplace, etc. The idea is to make it harder for you to access anything that enables you to gamble.
