I made it till the end of the day yesterday then I gambled $60, now im not obsessing about gambling it feels a little better, I subscribed 1 month to gamban
I haven’t thought of going back online eventhough gambling is always on my mind I think about not gambling and gambling but I don’t have the urge to gamble. Eventhough I hover over my phone as habit I don’t feel the need to gamble, I think it’s getting better on and off
