Congrats on 2 weeks ! One day at a time, waking up each morning, no regret. Feeling more positive, happier and definitely feeling more JOY, looks like I found a Day Buddy. Joyce, one day at a time. We can do this !

the gambling hurt my soul, my essence, eroded my belief system and scarred my heart, it was a downward fall into the abyss.

Those triggers, itchy hand feeling, I hate it. I have listened to that compulsive lying ego driving voice so many times.
