100% agree. That’s why I have always avoided mirrors. That guy is a jerk.
Not trying to dismiss but that’s the base issue. If that wasn’t a problem, there would be no problem

Community 1 years, 8 months agoEvery week I struggle. And every week I get an update from Gamtalk hoping I can find some spark of assistance. Yet, every week I am blasted with statements that are really as illogical as my gambling beliefs. Separate the religious replacement crutch from this and maybe it will actually help some logical people.

Depending on where you live or what country? If you live in a state that has or sponsors a lottery?
They have non-faith-based gambling treatment programs at no cost to you. The Lottery will pay for it. Most come with therapy and a group meeting as well.

Kenl you are an inspiration. I’m sorry bepop felt that way. Maybe not ready or needing another avenue. I was taken aback when I read that that . Please don’t take it personally. It sounds like you didn’t but please don’t give it a thought you’re an amazing light to us that are struggling. Thank you

I have been on sites like Gamtalk for years and have learnt not take posts to heart.
Hoping Bepop will find what works for him in Smart Recovery as Bugzzy shared.
