It’s such a great feeling to win and then horrible when you hit rock bottom all over again. Stopping is the best option.

OMG I lost $14K this last week and I feel sick about it. I can’t do it anymore. I have lost $150K this year. Just pitiful.

Same I often think I make too much money to be in this place yet there I go. Digging myself in holes and working to get out of them. I truly hate it and I am committing to stopping this time.

I want to quit too. I have made the decision to quit all forms of gambling and I have shared this with my husband for his support.

I felt the same way. I spoke to my husband bout it today. I am being open with him and he understands that I have a problem. The fact that you are here is a good sign that you want help. You can get through this.
