I. Find I chase losses even when I play the free sites and experience the same guilt when I lose all my free tokens, elated when I win tokens and depressed when I lose them… so that helps me not try and log in and a self ban choice I made 4 years ago still sticks so I can’t go there glad I self banned myself from olg online

Hi Ken these anger themes really are fr good reminders. One offered me a lesson and another affirmed an instance where I did better.it’s true that emotions can fuel gambling events. Even elation but anger seems to have a way through pride perhaps? “I deserve a win “ I’ll show them etc sry about the spam you were burdened with

Sounds like an enormous amount of stress. Maybe you need to find a fellow counselor in a different office that can help you unpack it all and guide you through the deeper issues. Much love and light to you.❤️❤️❤️

I’m glad you read my message to you. Now I won’t need to write it again. I really didn’t suffer if my daughter didn’t make a turn around. That would have been true suffering.
Steve sorry about the land lord. That’s a what’re right 🙂
