Good morning all your kind thoughts and encouragement are helping me to try to rethink things thanks.. If anyone else experiences anxiety, and you feel free to share, offer, experience,in anxiety and headache in the front part of my head around and behind my forehead. What is adding to my stress is from the landlord. They moved my stuff out of the garage, which to call tenant storage into the hallway or the foyer.. they moved it there not me. Now they’re saying it’s my responsibility to move it or the cover fire department and charge you with a fire hazard so I’m gonna move that stuff but it sure didn’t help. Someone told me they might be looking to bother me in a way that will cause me to want to move…. Then they can put the rent way up. It’s before payday so I don’t have money to gamble, we’ll hardly any I anticipate way worse outcomes than will actually ever happen. Isn’t that odd? The things I worry about and stress over I always think will be negative since I’ve not always learn to stand up for myself.. I’m thinking now how ironic it is that I think any money I put into gambling could be a windfall. I just thought about that just now. If I can find a way to turn it around, that would be great. Have a good Sunday everybody.

    • Hi Steve sounds like you will be busy with your furniture. Is the garage shared? I guess there’s not a lot a person can do about that other than reorganize the furniture. Your friend could be right they may want you to move on so they can hike the rent up. But that’s not your business really. If the garage isn’t shared I don’t see a reason for that but unfortunately that’s likely out of your hands.
With anxiety attacks I know slow breathing can help I think it’s because a person’s thoughts start focusing on the breathing and it takes their mind off of what ever created the anxiety attack.
I used to get them many years ago but haven’t had one in decades. I do remember I didn’t like them much.
I’m sorry you are feeling the pressures of life.
What I’ve learned through the years a little pressure can sometimes be good it can be a motivator. Anything for me beyond that I set it to the side in my mind and deal with it in increments.
Everyday matters today is just as important as any other day we will live.

    • There’s a life changing book called, “Anxiety Rx” by Dr. Russell Kennedy. Its a great read for anyone dealing with anxiety.❤️❤️❤️
