Hi Daisy! I 100% know where you are. I drifters Tia too gambling on Dec. 12th, 2021 so I am very new to this. Trust me you, this website helps if you visit it a lot. I’ve also found counseling which also helps tremendously. Keep fighting and keep coming back here. Good luck… you got this.

. I Also relapsed over the last couple of months and I blew through my entire savings to. I will be lucky if I can keep my house if I keep it up. It is so hard to find other things to do and now the online gambling is allowed in my state I feel like I can’t get away from it-
He is certainly not alone

It’s a long process but we are able. Lately I’ve just been a little anxious but I’m trying. I also tried to join a GA meeting virtually but wasn’t successful. I will keep trying

Hello Lee hope you are doing well today I find helpful is keeping a journal just write how many days clean and the date and write how you are feeling that day it gives you time to reflect on your goal and keeps you in the mindset of recovery hope it will help you stay clean and give your higher power a chance to work on you.

Thanks lee3413 I’m not feeling that strong I feel like once I get caught up again I’ll have a different mindset like I will go but with a limit and then the online thing is a horrible addition t us so m going to betblocker and 🙏 I won’t fail it’s only day 2 so I was feeling maybe too confident and I don’t wanna set me up for a hard crash
