Just a wee note… I don’t know if I mentioned on this site… but my husband has Alzheimer’s and is in hospital waiting for long term care. Changing your mindset helps… possibly find something else to replace the thinking ‘only’ of gambling and that ‘big win’ that never comes. It is an obsessive disease… sometimes no rationality to what we think and do….
