Beating an addiction is a lot of reasoning with yourself. What seemed so innocent sure didn’t turn out to be so innocent.
I have struggled to stay away and I believe have finally succeeded. You can too. If you can possibly seek counselling. Attend ga meetings in person or online. Self exclude yourself. The addiction is so powerful it takes some serious measures to stay away. There is a blocker for online gambling Gamban it’s $50 a year or a few dollars each month. Asking for help from someone you know and can trust may be a relief for you.

You’re dealing with two things…. post-partum depression is very real and is not to be taken lightly.. and because of this you likely have the temptation to feel better by gambling… Hope you’re seeing your doctor re the depression… It might be a good idea …. In any case don’t give up… I’ve had depression in my life previously for years… so I get the feelings you have right now… take care… Lindy
