Same here. I was just reminded that there is also 12-step meetings for gambling. I found some in my area and will be going. You can do it too.

Hi Brett. Thank you for the 12 step program suggestion but right now I prefer to pass. I live in a small town and my husband doesn’t even know at this point gambling has become enough of a problem for me that I’m now seeking help for it.

I face gambling issues the past 3 years. Now it’s a bit better but i am still playing. I bet more and i lose money. Im not in debt, i work, i have a relationship, a dog, hobbies etc. I don t know why im Still playing..-
Also in the past i played with my partners money and two times i played my rent..now i play 200 euros per month but i want to stop this bad habit.

If you haven’t already come clean with your husband, start there. It’s important to have accountability because if you don’t it makes it really easy to progressively get worse. And it will get worse.
