    15 days not gambling. Went to 2 GA meetings. So far so good. Haven’t given in to temptation. Believe me it’s not easy but I have a good friend to help me. It’s really hard to do it alone. If you are suffering please reach out for help. Enjoy life!

    I’m new here. Seems like we are all in the same boat. Maybe we can help each other. The suffering can’t go on. Will do zoom GA once a week and check if my insurance covers mental health. Good luck

    Hi everyone. In same pain as all of you. I’m new in here. Lose my social security every month. Very depressing. Barely slept. We can’t give up. No GA near me and I don’t drive also don’t like zoom meetings. I will check if my insurance pays for therapy. I need to try something different. I’m 68 and have been gambling my whole life.     • Well you’ve taken a first step…’wanting to quit’ and looking for how to do it. It’s really hard but talking to someone… therapist… trusted friend … someone for support .. Coming here of course you’ll hopefully get some very good advice from others… but it helps also to have a personal support factor… take care Lindy

    Just need to chat with someone. I don’t drive. No GA near me. Don’t like zoom much. Maybe someone who understands can be my chat friend. I need help. I just need someone to do it with me together. It’s so hard.
