Hi everyone. In same pain as all of you. I’m new in here. Lose my social security every month. Very depressing. Barely slept. We can’t give up. No GA near me and I don’t drive also don’t like zoom meetings. I will check if my insurance pays for therapy. I need to try something different. I’m 68 and have been gambling my whole life. It’s affecting my health. Had heart surgery in August. I care about you all. Let’s not give up. We have each other for support.

  Well you’ve taken a first step…’wanting to quit’ and looking for how to do it. It’s really hard but talking to someone… therapist… trusted friend … someone for support .. Coming here of course you’ll hopefully get some very good advice from others… but it helps also to have a personal support factor… take care Lindy
