We have all been where you are, in order to change you need to change how you view what you are doing. Most gamble because they feel that they do no deserve to do well, so we self sabotage. One to one counselling and life coaching could help how you see yourself and other things. It’s never too late to make that change but you have to want to do it.
I agree. You have to want to quit. There is a lot of discussion that goes on with yourself in that critical decision. Why would we drink poison and slowly die when we can stop, put the poison down, and experience life.
