i have never talked about my gambling with anyone because iam to afraid. It started when i finished school and got a job instead of continuing school. like normal young people you save it or do something good with it but my money went to gamling, I did not thin about it in the beginning. but it have now been some years and iam still trapped at the same spot. I want to quit this lifestyle I can’t deal with it anymore. I have lost everything I have. every month its the same way it end with no money. money that I could have saved for the last years. gambling have not only made me broke but also depressed, every night I think about what could have been if I would just never started gambling. iam still young and hope that in some way a can turn this around and one day never gamble again

    • We have all been where you are, in order to change you need to change how you view what you are doing. Most gamble because they feel that they do no deserve to do well, so we self sabotage. One to one counselling and life coaching could help how you see yourself and other things. It’s never too late to make that change but you have to want to do it.

      • I agree. You have to want to quit. There is a lot of discussion that goes on with yourself in that critical decision. Why would we drink poison and slowly die when we can stop, put the poison down, and experience life.
