    On day 3. The urges are there. Ive installed gamban on my phone and handed over the tablet ive been hiding and using to bet on. This is going to be the toughest thing ive ever done in my almost 40 years on earth. Sending love and strength to all. We can all beat this and truly live.

    I feel you. Ill be 40 this year and ive been a problem gambler since 18. Its exhausting to be honest, isnt it? I dont know about you but isolate a lot. I think we need to keep reaching out for support when we are vulnerable. Im on day 1 mate. 15 is a great start.

      Its insidious.This is why i feel i am no different than any other addict.I also feel like im going to win and i never have won anything substantial.The store i typically would gamb at sold a 1 million dollar winner on the same tix i always buy.Like i just have absolutely no luck at all.I gamble until my last dollar is gone always!!

      Kabobra many people have been there what stops me is thinking about my partner with feel after my suicide that usually stops me but I have no plan. I think it’s just despondency comes over me.
