Hello Lee hope you are doing well today I find helpful is keeping a journal just write how many days clean and the date and write how you are feeling that day it gives you time to reflect on your goal and keeps you in the mindset of recovery hope it will help you stay clean and give your higher power a chance to work on you.

I am just on day 3 of my journey I know I need a lot of help I am going to start a journal it did help me in the past to stay clean for over a year that was a few years back. Thanks a lot for your encouragement and suggestions. Good idea! I’ll start a journal today. I did well for a while, but then I relapsed and it’s now affecting my financial situation more and more. Wouldn’t the world just be such a better place if we could take a moment to help a neighbour, give thanks to those people that we appreciate in our lives that help us, random acts of kindness make this world such a better place. Thanks for the reminder Jeff, I’m going to drop some homemade cookies off at my mechanics “ for the boys “ on my way to work !
That is wonderful idea I am sure they will love them and it will make there day : ).The world needs it today more then ever people to give freely and from the heart to let others know they are not alone and people do care about them we are all on this planet together it is not a race to get all we can before we die.
