    Hi everyone. Am super rattled right now. Had a relapse after a couple of weeks off. If anyone has any advice on how to cope emotionally and move forward I’m all ears, I really could use some support.

      Hi Danny
      Glad you are back looking for support.
      Not sure what you were doing before your relapse but maybe go back to doing that.
      Or find some counseling and a GA meeting. And if you need to chat I m usually in
      the chatroom at 11 pm est.

      Hi Danny.
      I hear you about not wanting to go to meetings and make stopping a big part of your life. I’m not sure what type of gambling it is that you are doing. Self exclusion is a sure way to stop if it’s online or casinos.
      A person needs to keep busy and it is a one day at a time thing when wanting to stop.
