I have the same issue. I also am addicted to scratch offs. I also seem to think that the next one will be the big one! Admitting the problem is the first step to a solution.

I’m impressed! I can’t seem to go more than 2 days!! Everyday I tell myself this will be the last time and it never is. I consider myself a pretty strong person and have been through way more than this. But this addiction seems to beat me every time. I just get tired of trying.

Don’t give up trying, if you can push and make it 2 days you can push for another day, just take it a day at a time. Every day is a new achievement. Be proud of yourself for trying!

I have been gambling for many years.. it is a crazy roller coaster.. ups and downs .. not a good way to live . Others have done it so I am convinced that if we really want to STOP, we can.
