Don’t give up trying, if you can push and make it 2 days you can push for another day, just take it a day at a time. Every day is a new achievement. Be proud of yourself for trying!

Community 3 years, 2 months agoToday I am starting day 5! Yesterday was really hard but feeling good that I managed to not gamble! It is the longest I have gone in months! I read through some stories of hope and feeling inspired! Hopefully today will be a little easier! Hope everyone else is doing ok!

Community 3 years, 3 months agoToday is day 4 of no gambling for me! Its the longest i have gone in months! Its the hardest day so far but i am determined this time. I want my life back. Hope everyone else is doing ok.

I’m impressed! I can’t seem to go more than 2 days!! Everyday I tell myself this will be the last time and it never is. I consider myself a pretty strong person and have been through way more than this. But this addiction seems to beat me every time. I just get tired of trying.
