What I did was become accountable to someone and shared on here how I was and am feeling everyday. Got honest w those who love or care for me.
Did the same as sec. Hold yourself accountable for your actions. It feels embarrassing and scary. But if you let yourself be vulnerable it maybe freeing to let go of that pressure.
