Gambling is a horrible addiction. It’s hard to sleep after such a big loss. Only thinking about how to make it for the next month. Anxiety is through the roof. Just want to fall asleep and never wake up.
I can relate to all of those feelings. There’s nothing we can do about the past but learn from it. The money we lost is gone and gambling will never get it back for us. Accept that its all gone, Accept that this is where we have to start from and forgive ourselves for the self destructive choices weve made. Hang in there, things will get better with time as long as we do not gamble because Gambling wont make things better.
You nailed by your words. The feeling is unbearable. When I’m walking out the casino. I always say to myself. I didn’t want to go through that again. Then I do.

I am done with gambling for good. It’s just so frustrating and shamefully to be in the position I’m in. Thank you for your advice.
