Thanks. I had a good day today and made the right decision on the way home. I was visiting family and a brother said he had won $2500 at the casino yesterday. I had to make myself drive past the turnoff on the highway to avoid going there on the way home. I knew if I made it past that turnoff that I would not take the next one available because I would be too late getting home. My sister asked me to text when I got home and she would be concerned if it was over 90 minutes. I got home in less than that and texted her and all of my money was still in my pocket, not some machine. I WON THIS ROUND!!!

THE RECOVERY

The paycheck came home this night
You decided to do what was right
Enjoying the children and the spouse
Tonight there´s happiness in the house

The choice tonight is all up to you
So you do what you should do
You work too hard during the day
To just go out and throw it away

Your spouse uses the money for bills
Instead of you getting your thrills
You´ve bought groceries, paid the rent
Fed the children, the money is spent

Making changes day by day
Slowly but surely is the way
It´s imperative to rebuild trust
That´s the thing that is a must

That troubled life caused much friction
Though it won´t be that easy to do
The change can come only from you

Life is better than it seems

Just by trying to make things right
