Encourage others when they fail
Helping them to tell the tale
Help them exorcise the wrong
Help them again to be strong

We may be weak on our own
No one can ever do it alone
With support we lessen the pain
So good things can come again

The losses we will never recoup
But we get support from the group
So each day will become brighter
Our minds at ease, our hearts lighter

Do the work that must be done
You truly are the only one
Group support helps you along
But you yourself must be strong

With support you can endeavour
To beat this damn curse forever
To yourself always be kind
As you keep this goal in mind

    I will have to do that. Thanks for the motivation! I will start the time from October 15th, because I was in the casino on Oct 14th. I do have a bit of an advantage right now, in regard to not going for a while for sure. I just paid $720 for new glasses and used my friend´s credit card. She got the points on the card and I get to pay in installments instead of a lump sum. And it´s funny (not haha funny, but ironic funny) because as the woman told me the cost and I paid for it, I thought ´geez, this is a lot for glasses´, then quickly gave myself hell, telling myself, ´shut up, fool – you wasted that much in 3 hours and had NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. This way you have glasses for a few years. Funny how the mind thinks- getting something solid and good makes you nervous before you spend it, while you think nothing of going out to waste it.
