      Congrats on Day 1!! I’m rooting for you Readytoquit. Make it HARD to go back and do it now while you’re feeling disgusted and tired. If you don’t have access to money you can’t gamble and if you ban yourself that’s effective to a certain degree also. If you’re not willing to do those things then you’re just kidding yourself. Hoping this is it for you. You CAN do this. xx
