    Day 1- so I slipped and broke my streak yesterday after 20 days. I played and lost but not all of my money. Today im resisting and will not give in.

      If you can take a few minutes and write down what was going on in your life yesterday and what if any
      emotions you were feeling / dealing with.
      Might help for the next time.
