    Today has started out to be not a very good day I guess I need to change my way of thinking and the only way I can do that is probably right here in this little box that I’m texting in I feel lonely depressed sad and lost I should feel better because I’ve only had two slips in a month and not major steps at all I just feel so alone and empty I’m sitting here at a park in my car right now starting to bawl my eyes out because I don’t like myself and if I don’t like myself how can anybody else like me I feel if I just dropped off the face of the Earth it wouldn’t really matter much oh yeah they might miss me for a minute but life goes on I’m knowing no one special I’m tired feeling lonely and I just don’t know what to do

      part of the world you are from I will try to help you find some support with Gamblers Anonymous and counseling.
      9 years ago my family lost our son through depression and believe me you would be missed by your loved ones more
      then you think.
      My take on suicide is that it is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

      Cpart how old are you ? If you don’t mind me asking.
      Withdrawal from an addiction can be tuff you know. Moments when a person thinks it’s all okay. Moments when it doesn’t feel okay. I’m really sorry you are feeling pain emotionally. You know your best friend is always going to be you. You do need to like yourself.Everyone wants to be cared for keep that in mind. When you let your guard down and you have to. The person sitting at a bus stop has a story they’d like to share with you.

      I was 52 years old when I crashed and started counseling and attending GA Meetings
      Never thought I could stop but almost 21 years of not placing a bet One Day At A Time.
      Hope you will reach out to GA and find some counseling
