Good morning everyone! So today is pay day. First thing I thought of was…you guessed it, gambling… but you know what? I got out of bed and went to the gym at 5am with my fiancé to focus that negative mindset and use it to give me positive energy. Yes the urge is still there, but I know that I am stronger than this and so is everyone else in this room! Let’s keep getting better together so we can be the person that God intended us to be.

  Great start too the day going too thee gym and for me reading your post. Good job!
  I will be busy staying focused on some work I need to catch up on today and plan on starting too do some art work.
