I beencompulsive gamb 34 yrs.Just made 3 1/2 yrs and relapsed last wk.This time gamb is worse than before and depression is back.I can tell u when i stopped for 3+ yrs i did not have the depression any longer.I no its not the same for everyone.But for me if i continue to gamble it will surely make me insane.Last wk lost 1400$ paychk then an additional 200$ from a cash job.Idont win gamb becuz even if i did it goes all back.I have to start local GA meetings this wk.
I’m so sorry you relapsed. I currently did also. Borrowing money from people because I couldn’t pay my bills. The depression is REAL!! It’s definitely real.
