Have a tough road ahead of me saying no to my gambling urges. Must keep trying to control my.bad habit and finding other fun and necessary activities to do. It’s going to be an uphill climb.

    Thank you. Today, I will look into what the 12 step program is, and if it’s not raining too heavy, will go for walks with my dogs . Good day to you.
