Been gambling over 12 years 150k loss, been to nhs gambling clicking ,self excluded ..everything you can buy nothing works.   Start right now & then do the best u can to go into tomorrow & be strong and do the same. I’m fairly certain everyone on here can relate . I’m no different. It’s only been 2 days for me and I’m not giving up…& Yes…need to stay focused & say No! Stay strong…

  I have been homeless and did prison time because of gambling. Only thing that worked for me was the 12 steps. Use the AA big book as a example. I learned to deal with resentment, and today I must be free of fear, selfishness, dishonesty and resentment and be of service to other addicts and gamblers to keep away.
