First and foremost you need to find an app like bet blocker (free) and block these sites it’s the best way to prevent you from perpetuating the cycle. I’m in the same boat as just starting recovery. Hi Ken,
I would like to share the one I use Gamban it is a one week trial then about 50$ a year. I recommend this one as bet blocker didn’t block all the sites for me and caused me to lose another round of money. Gamban you can pay a few dollars monthly and I for one don’t mind that if it works which so far so good. Thought I would share.…[Read more]

I have no self control it’s all or nothing and well it has to be nothing. If I play I will lose. Thanks for commenting though. It’s compulsive and it’s like sex for me. Nothing is better then a gambling buzz. I’ve always made alot of money making me a functioning addict. These bet blocking apps have worked for 1 day hopefully it continues

This is new to me too. I have never admitted that I had a problem until day I joined (few days ago) I come on here every time I get urges to play. Bn wo gambling for 3 whole days but last night I took $15 to test myself. I lost ur and I confronted myself and won! I shut it off and went to bed. It’s small steps. Small victories count too.
