    Day 4- Gambling is like a program in our minds. Reprogramming and replacing gambling with a positive habit is essential to quitting. Here’s a few things working for me at the moment: positive videos first thing in the morning. Exercise and meditation. Reading my notes everyday about the pain Gambling has brought me. Forgiving myself and believing that everything will work out and fall in place as long as I do not gamble.

    • That’s so great.💕💕 You should be very proud of yourself. Another idea that always moves the needle toward happiness and out of your own head is doing a random act of kindness for someone else. However small the act might be it makes you forget about your own problems for a while and brightens another persons day too. A real Win-Win.😊
