I am unable to stop gambling alone. How did you do it?
I did by finally admitting I was powerless over gambling. Found a GA meeting and counseling.
And today I am still connected to others in GA and I do it One Day At A Time
I tried doing it on my own. It doesn’t work. I started by admitting my addiction to loved presents and with their love and support and God’s grace. I am reading the daily reflection and it is such a great support. You are not alone. I gambled away my paid off house but by God’s grace I am doing great. You can do this. Just be honest.
