I did by finally admitting I was powerless over gambling. Found a GA meeting and counseling.
And today I am still connected to others in GA and I do it One Day At A Time
I tried doing it on my own. It doesn’t work. I started by admitting my addiction to loved presents and with their love and support and God’s grace. I am reading the daily reflection and it is such a great support. You are not alone. I gambled away my paid off house but by God’s grace I am doing great. You can do this. Just be honest. All gamblers lie and it hurts and comes with guilt and shame. Break the cycle. Ask for support and trust in future grace. You will be happy again.
