Community 1 years, 1 months agoI lost a lot of money. Aloooot of money. I sometimes wake up with no energy and sometimes I wonder how can I stop gambling.
It really hurts becuase I hate gambling even when I’m doing it but sometimes I can’t find a way to stop. I realized that I know what I am doing is ruining my life but it’s so hard to replace it with something else.

Regret is one of the most powerful emotions. What is making you say all of that is regret.

Same situation but different poison ( forex).
You know what’s crazy it took me while to realize but it doesn’t matter how much I make after a certain point you feel like you get used to being broke.
When you look at it in a way where you know you can’t stop until you do not have money left to continue you lose intrest of the illusion of making money.
