    I am so scared! I don’t know how or if I can stop the gambling NEED! I have done some things that I would never do without gambling.

      Gambling can cause scary situations.
      Gambling used to have a hold on me like it does on you right now.
      I took measures to stop my use. Self exclusion mostly.
