Gambling can cause scary situations.
Gambling used to have a hold on me like it does on you right now.
I took measures to stop my use. Self exclusion mostly.
There are gamblers anonymous meetings real or online. You can also seek counselling. There are blockers for online gambling . I found it takes time to not want to gamble or be successful at not gambling. Of course the sooner the better to stop. It seems to serve nothing for our betterment.
You can stop you just need to figure out how. I know it’s not easy to make a person mind up to stop. There’s always the what if. But even if a person does win some money it just seems to go back in. It’s not worth it. There’s far better things in life you can spend your time and money on.
