You need a hobbie that gets you around people like working out. I gambled because I was bored or lonely.

This is also not my first attempt. I would like to think I finally hit rock bottom but you won’t really know for sure. All you can do is take things one day at a time. Try and keep a clear head. I know myself k have a tough time just sitting and doing nothing so i picked up a third job lol.
