Community 1 years, 8 months ago Hi everyone. I am new here and just wanted some people to talk to that may actually understand. I currently came clean and told my wife I had been gambling now after messing up the first time I did it again. It hurts so bad because I don’t even know why I do it.

I think it’s really good you are able to share with your wife. Your not alone and reading posts from other people sharing in the same struggles. I find really helps me. It’s a swift reminder. And also some understanding which I think we all need. Hugs.
