The urge to go to the casino is overpowering. Why do I think that I would actually leave the casino with some of their money. The addicted gamblers mind!!!!

This is a great observation Jenny. I have learned that the best way to deal with this is to stay busy with positive and fulfilling activities. If you are concentrating on positive things and activities the thoughts of gambling or not gambling diminish tremendously. Both of the thoughts of not gambling or gambling are are the same in my opinion. Both thoughts are our addiction trying to stay dominant in our minds
