Activity – Serenity

Today I celebrate three months free of any bets.
I Feel proud of myself getting this far.
I have thought about king back several times over the three months.
During my thoughts I reminded myself of the relentless losses I incurred which led me to the choice to stop. That helped me get through another day and not returning.
