Well I have made it 13 days. Probably the hardest thing I have ever done. But keeping myself as busy as I can. Hard through the holidays. Stressful since I am not talking to part of the family but doing ok I guess. Work keeps me busy thankfully and I have some outside interests. Hope it gets a bit easier. Would be nice to stop thinking about it everyday. Worst thing I ever did was sign up for on line. Best thing for me was having no problem staying away from the actual buildings.

  Glad you are reaching as my experience trying to recover from this addiction is very hard to do alone.
  Counseling and attending GA meetings help me get grounded and One Day At A Time I will have 22 years without placing a bet.
  Hope you will consider finding a meeting. And if you want to ban yourself from gambling sites check out the info below.
